Request a \u201cDirect Rollover\u201d<\/h3>\n<p>When you get on the phone, ask the agent for a \u201cDirect Rollover\u201d of your account.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"h-3-transfer-the-funds\">3. Transfer the funds<\/h3>\n<p>They will ask you how you would like to transfer the funds. You have two options: through check or wire. Sending a check is generally free, but will take 2-4 weeks.
