Paula Senra, the Global Head of Public Relations for OverActive Media Group, announced via social media that he will be stepping down from the role next month. He has accepted a Vice President role with another company beginning July 19.

“I accepted a new VP role at a leading global independent agency to lead some of their largest tech accounts,” Senra told The Esports Observer. “ I’m looking forward to bringing my diverse experience in digital streaming, gaming and pro-sports to their business, as they continue to grow their impressive client roster. I begin my new role on July 19, 2021. They will be announcing the news closer to my start date.”

Senra will be staying on until July 19 in order to help the company’s launch on the TSXV (Toronto Stock Exchange).

“Coming in as Employee #3 at OverActive in the Fall of 2018, and seeing the growth and change at OverActive, was an immense privilege. I am grateful to our CEO and my friend, Chris Overholt, for trusting me so early on to help build our company,” said Senra. “I am staying on for a few more weeks to help launch OverActive publicly onto the TSXV (Toronto Stock Exchange). I’m proud of the past few years and the momentum we’ve built – from a small start-up with a handful of staff at a WeWork office, to a publicly-traded leading esports and entertainment companies globally. It just felt like the right time to take on another exciting challenge.”
